Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Covered Call Pro (“Covered Call Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Covered Call Pro website, dashboard, lessons, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Not investment advice
Covered Call Pro is an educational and analytical tool. The Service — including rankings, premium and yield estimates, the allocator, and the AI Strategy Brief — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or to enter into any options strategy. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting on any information from the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Authentication is handled by our identity provider; you agree to its handling of your login as described in our Privacy Policy. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Access to the dashboard and lessons requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price for your billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
- Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated.
- Price changes: We may change prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice; changes apply to your next renewal.
5. Data sources and estimates
Market data is sourced from third parties (including Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Premium yields, assignment probabilities, annualized returns, and similar figures are estimates derived from models and live data and may differ materially from actual market prices and outcomes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or calculation.
6. AI-generated content
The AI Strategy Brief uses a third-party large language model to generate written analysis from your inputs and market data. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect, can vary between runs, and must not be relied upon as advice. It is your responsibility to verify any output before acting on it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service’s data or output, or access it through automated means except as expressly permitted;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or
- share your account or circumvent paywalls or usage limits.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, content, and lessons, is owned by Covered Call Pro and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COVERED CALL PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Covered Call Pro from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to comply with the law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 1, 9, 10, and 11) will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to binding arbitration where applicable.
